The 144k is the Jewish remnant described in Rom 9-11 who will make up the one body of Christ.

Paul is speaking of the church in Romans specifically about how the gentiles are grafted into Israel, the olive. This is not carnal Israel but the people in Hebrews 11, Saints before Christ.
