The Constitution of the Republic of the United States of America was ratified on December 15, 1791. Today the bill of rights are mistakenly called the first ten amendments, they are not amendments but articles that were demanded by many of the founding fathers else they would refuse to ratify the constitution. These founding fathers wanted our freedoms spelled out in the form of articles that would address each freedom to further guarantee our liberties. Once this was done only then was the constitution ratified. There are people that want to repeal the second article and falsely call it an amendment so as to deceive the public to think they can repeal it. None of the articles can be repealed or altered in any way because they are the freedoms guaranteed by the constitution. The real first amendment is the 11th. We would not have a constitution without the bill of rights. You cannot amend any document prior to being ratified because that document has no force before being ratified. There is biblical evidence of this principle in Galatians 3:15. The human covenant of our nation is the constitution. The ratified constitution with its bill of rights can never be cancelled or amended. Additions can be added called amendments as long as they do not alter in any way the original constitution. Those who want to hide this from you seek to take away your freedoms to make you dependent on government and be at the mercy of government. They want government of by and for the people to perish from the Earth. Whatever party affiliation you belong to is irrelevant when compared with freedom.
