Public Judge orders stay of Jehovah's Witnesses constitutional claim on privacy of records

I guess we could contact the exJWs bringing the legal matter to light - Gregory Westgarde and Gabriel-Liberty Wall and try to contact their lawyer to see what it would take to have the same done in the US. Most likely they have a US counterpart and could share notes so to speak.
Not sure it could be a class action or not if they don't comply??
