General WILL ISRAEL BOMB IRAN ?

If you have been watching as Jesus said, Mark 13:34,35,36,37 , then events that are currently happening in the Middle East should peak your interest. A short time ago the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, met with President Trump and the hot topic of their conversation was Irans efforts to construct nuclear weapons. Netanyahu wanted to attack Irans nuclear sites but Trump wanted a last ditch attempt to convince Iran to end its nuclear program. Trump did this to alleviate world outrage that would naturally follow when those sites would actually be destroyed.

Irans 12 nuclear sites are very deep underground and even bunker buster bombs may not be able to reach them so it may happen that low level nuclear weapons could be used in the hectoton (100 ton) range. This would result in the deaths of millions and appear to the carnal world to be the tribulation when it is not.

This type of attack on Iran will no doubt bring a response by Iran and it’s allies in the region. This attack would be using conventional weapons and large numbers of troops that Israel would not be able to defend against conventionally . It may happen that in order to survive a mass attack Israel would have to use its nuclear weapons. If this scenario plays out it may well be the war that brings about the 7 year peace covenant between the antichrist and the 10 nations. This 7 years being the last week of the 70 weeks prophecy in the book of Daniel. Daniel 9:24,25,26,27 Once this covenant is made it will begin the last 7 years before the return of Christ. The covenant will indeed cause a brief period of 3 1/2 years of a false millennium. At the midpoint of this 7 years the antichrist will become the abomination of desolation by declaring himself GOD in the most holy place of the third temple. The last 3 1/2 years are the great tribulation that is cut short by the early return of Jesus.

Therefore considering all this information it may be that we are in the last decade or so before the return of Christ. As an example, if the false tribulation is this year, 2024 , then Christ would return in 2030 or 2031 depending on what month the tribulation begins and is cut short by 220 days or a little over 7 months.

All of this is speculation but it is based on scripture and how we see things at present. If a nuclear event happens in the Middle East in the coming months then this would help to confirm our theory.

The people of Jerusalem had somewhere to flee to when they saw the enemies outside the walls. We will have nowhere to go when the day comes. We must be prepared always.

Revelation 12:6 There seems to be protection for GODS elect saints during the tribulation. Revelation 3:10 It is our understanding that the seal on the foreheads of the saints, Revelation 7:3 , is this protection.
Daniel describes a people who know their GOD, that is us, take action or do great exploits. Daniel 11:32 These are the sealed elect and they instruct many Laodiceans but those Laodiceans will suffer martyrdom. Daniel 11:33,34,35 Zechariah 13:9 Revelation 7:14 Remember, there are two groups of saints, two churches during the tribulation; Philadelphia and Laodicea. Philadelphia is sealed and protected but Laodicea is not. Jesus was sealed by the FATHER in his mother’s womb, John 6:27 , this is what made Jesus incapable of sin and holy and righteous. This same seal upon the Philadelphians will in effect make us like Christ. 1 John 4:17 1 Corinthians 1:8

Only a few days ago, Friday May 23, 2025 the supreme leader of Iran said that Iran will always continue to enrich uranium and would never agree to stopping. President Trump wants an agreement where Iran stops enrichment. Many experts agree that Iran is stalling in order to achieve weapons grade enrichment of uranium at about 90%. I do not think Israel will permit Iran to produce nuclear weapons and will , if necessary, attack Iran alone. I don’t know if President Trump would take part in the attack but I believe that he should.

Iran is a fanatical Islamic nation whose leaders are hoping for the appearance of the 12th Iman they call the Mahdi who is in Islam a Christ like figure who appears during a time of Great War to lead Iran to victory over the world and converting everyone to Islam. For these reasons if Iran does succeed in acquiring nuclear weapons they will use them.

A preemptive strike on Iran would cause thousands of deaths but if Iran is allowed to possess nuclear weapons there would be millions of deaths. Which plan is the more logical ? During World War Two President Harry Truman was faced with either using atomic bombs or a conventional invasion of the main island of Japan. The invasion was estimated to cost many allied lives while the atomic bombs would bring a surrender with no loss of allied lives only Japanese. Today’s situation with Iran is basically the same but will President Trump make the right call or will it be prime minister Netanyahu ? We must watch to see.

Making tough decisions requires more spine than man, in general, has. There will be no "right answer" to this.

Think of a policeman watching a person walking up to someone with a knife in hand. The policemen may think that the person with the knife may use it to kill the "someone," but until it happens, the policeman can take no action. No crime has been committed until it happens. It is similar to watching Iran make a bomb. No crime has been committed until Iran uses it - and even then, a sovereign nation can make their own determination of whether or not it was wrong to begin with.

It would be the same with Israel or the U.S. making a preemptive strike on Iran. Justification will be murky.
