This group has been focused lately on church history and church fathers - we do assignments and present to the group - it is one of the more challenging but rewarding bible studies I attend.

Hi folks

This Wednesday we preview our study of Acts with a discussion of the
nature of AUTHORITY in the New Testament. Why were Luke's 2 volumes
gathered into the canon, when Luke made no claim to be an Apostle or
prophet? We will also look at the Old Testament antecedents for this
nuanced view of canon & authority.
