All sin common to man can be forgiven but there is one sin that is not common and will not be forgiven. Mark 3:29. Matthew 12:31-32
This fact alone proves that universal salvation a lie, it also proves man has free will. Only those with Holy Spirit can commit the unpardonable sin. Hebrews 10:26-29 Hebrews 6:4-8. What death does Jesus save us from ? Since all people eventually die it cannot be the first death. Hebrews 9:27. The first death sin is because we are mortal. There are two resurrections, first to immortality and second to mortality and both were made possible by Christ and provide both with their first opportunity to hear the gospel, repent, be baptized, receive the Holy Spirit and hope of immortality. Those in the first resurrection need not fear the second death because they are in the kingdom of God but those of the second resurrection will still fear the second death. Revelation 2:11. Revelation 20:6. Only the church is being judged now to be worthy of the first resurrection Luke 21:36. 1 Peter 4:17. All other people will be judged at the great white throne. Revelation 20:11-15. It is interesting to note that at the return of Jesus the beast and false prophet are cast into the lake of fire which is the second death. Revelation 19:20. These two are the only persons mentioned that go in the lake of fire, could this mean that no other saint will commit the unpardonable sin? Scripture says that few will be saved in the first resurrection and few will be called and chosen for it. Why is this ?
1 Peter 3:9. If God were to call all people now many of them would commit the unpardonable sin but In the millennium Satan is bound thus giving people at that time a better chance. From the millennium forward to the second resurrection all people will be given their portion of the Holy Spirit. Gog and Magog will commit the unpardonable sin. Ezekiel 38:15-16 is a prophecy about Revelation 20:7-9.
