The Greek verb ἠγέρθη in Luke 24.6 is a “divine passive," i.e., Jesus "has been raised" by God, see NAB, NET, ISV, cp. Luke 20:37; 24:34; Acts 3:15; 4:10; 5:30; 10:40; 13:30, 37.

PS this aligns with about 60 other times the NT refers to the resurrection of Jesus by God!
