Long story short, it is not a sin to seek to improve ourselves physically, but to do it at the expense of others of our essence and integrity and God-given directives will be to our detriment.

By the way, our bodies actually run on electricity, which means it is reasonable to seek as much electricity from food, earth, water and sun.

I agree. Looking after our health is perfectly normal. I also agree that in doing so we cannot be harming others. Metabolic health or trans humanoids won't get us peace in the world though. Still need Jesus.

The only reason I mentioned metabolic health is that it relates to a segment in the 2nd video — long life and enduring health.

This reminds me of a humorous story. Humanity has overtime advanced in science and technology to such a degree that they could do all sorts of things that used to be considered miraculous and thought they were equal to GOD. GOD saw this and said if you are so advanced and are my equal then can you create a human being from scratch the way I created Adam ? Well of course we can they replied and bent down to scoop up some dirt. Then GOD said, hey wait a minute, get your own dirt.

Long life and enduring health would be nice if humanity could achieve this but in the meantime GOD promises both and since HE cannot lie then it is a sure thing but if man can do this he needs to hurry up because I am already at my three score and ten.
