This book is great. I was a little skeptical. It is a book about meditation but it had to do more with work performance so I thought I would chance it. I enjoyed it, it is not the empty your mind sit cross legged and chant. It is about breathing exercises, calming your mind and taking a time out so you can go back and re-focus. Turns out my timing was perfect. I started on Friday and then that Monday my boss who works 50+ hours a week went out on emergency medical leave. So now I am doing my job and his. This time out to calm down, and destress has been a life saver! My local library had it so I didn't even have to buy it. Obviously NOT a religion book but great for healing from past trauma.
