Welcome to Amy Seiffert’s table! This video introduces Starved Bible study teaching sessions. Right behind her is the kitchen where everything changed. After her son was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, they chose a complete and total diet change. They chose to take out sneaky additives and caking agents. They chose to reduce inflammation and the foods that caused it. They chose a food overhaul. And she noticed the same is true for our souls. We are filling up. We are consuming. We are eating—but we are starving. We are watching, we are scrolling, we are listening—but we are starving. We are pushing, proving, producing—but we are starving. We are checking off spiritual boxes—but we are still spiritually malnourished. Let’s begin our journey of exploring what is keeping us malnourished. And what we can do about it.
