Replacement theology is the belief held by some that the church replaced Israel as Gods chosen people. The majority believe this to be incorrect, that Israel is still Gods chosen people. I inform you now that there are two Israel’s, one carnal and one spiritual. God divorced carnal Israel for their continuous idolatry. Hosea 1:9 Jeremiah 3:8 Isaiah 50:1 God will in the future forgive carnal Israel and graft them back again into the olive tree. Carnal Israel was Gods elect UNDER THE LAW. Deuteronomy 14:2 The church is Gods elect UNDER FAITH AND GRACE not the law. Peter describes the church, 1 Peter 2:9 Now you must understand the the church did not begin on Pentecost as many believe. You know that the first resurrection is of the saints only; I ask, what resurrection will Abraham, Moses and King David be in ? Acts 7:38 Hebrews 11:39-40 Carnal Israel is of the flesh, carnal and are not the children of God. Romans 9:6-11 The people in Hebrews 11 are the church in the wilderness. From righteous Abel to John the Baptist all these people were Christians of the church of God. Galatians 6:16 The Israel of God is the church. The faith of Abraham and all the others of faith before and after Jesus are the church in totality. Many of these ancient saints lived long before the law was given therefore they were gentiles. The gospel was preached to Abraham 430 years before there even was an Israel. Galatians 3:8 So then the church was always Gods true chosen people, there was no replacement, carnal Israel was only a shadow with no substance. Colossians 2:16-17 Hebrews 10:1 If you think carnal Israel is Gods true chosen people then you better become Jew. However, Romans 2:28-29
Replacement Theology is an empty phrase having no meaning.

I have noticed that only a few even read what I post. I cannot take credit for any of it because it is the teacher, the Holy Spirit, that opens our minds to understand. Even those who do respond use the like icon only and make no comments. I belive that all Christians have the gift of spiritual discernment to grow in grace and knowledge. We are all prophets and prophetesses, taught by divine revelation. This should be the focus of everyone here on Simply Christian.

If I am not mistaken even Romans chapter 11 makes explicit elaboration of your points. Israel is the natural branch, as it were. Gentiles are the alien branch.

Did you ever wonder why King David and Bathsheba were not stoned to death for adultery and murder ?

The Israel of God natural branches from both Jew and gentile. Carnal Israel is the fig tree.

Yes. Carnal Israel, for the most part, bore no fruit unto God. In the future, after Jesus returns, they will say, blessed is he who comes in the name of the Yahweh.

In Revelation 7 the 12 tribes are the olive tree. They are spiritual Israel, the Israel of God. James , in his greeting, addressed the twelve tribes scattered abroad.
