I'm gonna read that Appendix 3 on Hebrews 1:10, when I find some time. I have an open mind. Otherwise, I'd still be trapped in Rome. However, what Anthony was stating tonight was a bit of a stretch. Hebrews 1 bounces around alot. The author, who I believe is Paul, starts off talking about the Father in verses 1-2, Jesus 3-4, Father 5-7, Jesus 8, Jesus & the Father 9, Father 10-12, Father to angels 13-14. (AND more bouncing around about angels in other verses, as well as for Jesus & the Father).

Heb 2:7, "the works of your hands", are God the Father's hands, the same hands in Heb 1:10. That Appendix 3 is attempting to prove Heb 2:5 is referring to Heb 1:10, that way you can try to claim Heb 1:10 is about Jesus. One can just as easily say Heb 2:5 is referring to Heb 1:13, especially because of Heb 2:8.

The LXX of Psalm 102:23-24 is interesting. The Dead Sea Scrolls match up with the Masoretic text, concerning these 2 verses.

The writer of Hebrews doesn't quote the Psalmist of Psalm 102:23-24 in Heb 1. To say it has to be: "Yahweh answered Jesus in the way of Jesus's strength", that's a bit of a stretch.

Concerning Heb 1:10, here's a great video that simply lays out Heb 1:10 is about God our Father:
