I know we all have our differences, but we all need to prepare for when this becomes commonplace everywhere.

I know we all have our differences

I have two things to say to your post.

First is what the post is actually about. It has been firmed up in my mind and heart so much lately that as we come to the end of satan's rule and his age, the demarcation between one who knows our Father and one who doesn't will grow. I don't even know if many of us will be left alive by the time Jesus returns. But even when a pimi jw, my mind was made up that my faith was strong. I pray the same for the rest of you.

Second point is about what I have quoted in the box. It has comforted me, that in studying the early church I have come to find that division and not understanding well seem to be the mark of the wheat ever since Jesus ascended. Being a jw gave me this insatiable need for hive mind that it has taken these past few years of being out to get over. Yes, there are some key salvation issues. Things we must believe to be found as wheat when Jesus returns, but outside of that, we will find division until our talents are measured and we are found with oil and invited to the wedding feast. These are just my thoughts. I pray that my siblings in Christ find strength to withstand what is to come. I think even the most astute student of scripture will find what is to coming shocking, it's why many will be misled.

1st point: we need to prepare to be arrested, or worse, for speaking the words of scripture. What happened in that video/article is not commonplace in all countries.

2nd point: for example, in Acts 15, Paul & Barnabas's differences ended up being so strong, they separated from each other. However, despite their differences, they remained Christians.

I should have also mentioned that Pastor John Sherwood, (who appears to be a Methodist), is different than me because I'm a Christian Biblical Unitarian. Be that as it may, he was preaching from the scriptures and he was dragged off and arrested for it, which is something we all need to prepare for because this will become common when the beast is running amok.

I wasn't disagreeing with this. I think as this age winds down we will see more and more of this.
