Isaiah 49:5-6 is speaking about Jesus. Notice he was formed or created from the womb to be a light to the gentiles. In prophetic voice Jesus calls God his God. Psalm 22:9-10 and in verse 1. Jesus was speaking this Psalm 22 while on the cross , only from his mother's womb has God been the God of Jesus, before this Jesus did not exist.
