Those pics do remind me of when I lived in Upstate NY and, personally, I think they look beautiful. I would not want to shovel out of that though, nope, been there done that.

Back to the Moon, the Russians & Chinese want to work together to construct a Moon Base. Those communists might actually pull it off.

Having hard time sleeping. That came out in 1975. I wasn't born yet buddy, yikes! Maybe I see later if I can watch the series

I remember seeing Space 1999 as a kid. I liked it, but I remember it had a dark feeling as the moon was far in space from the Earth and they were alone.
I preferred Star Trek, it was a bit lighter.
