Jesus never said he was returning or going back to God, as many mistranslate the Greek here.

I would say he came from Adam in the sense he is from Mary but he was created via holy spirit just as Adam was. Jesus is called the Second Adam. I believe it is because they were miraculously made via holy spirit vs. part of the "regular" human race - they were each the start of something new.Jesus did not come from Adam. God created the soul of Jesus, his body and human spirit, in the womb of Mary. Jesus was born of God, not of this creation.
God is the creator of souls, the union of body an human spirit as shown in Adam's creation. All human spirits go back to God at death and without a body cannot operate. The virgin birth via Mary, who was dust, eliminated the normal role of the human male. Both Adams were created with dust and breath, so are all souls. Jesus was a soul, body and Human spirit Designed by God to be the messiah.I would say he came from Adam in the sense he is from Mary but he was created via holy spirit just as Adam was. Jesus is called the Second Adam. I believe it is because they were miraculously made via holy spirit vs. part of the "regular" human race - they were each the start of something new.
I agree - all living beings are a soul. We don't HAVE a soul - we ARE a soul.Jesus was a soul
Amen! “And the life's breath returns to God who gave it.” Eccl. 12:7I agree - all living beings are a soul. We don't HAVE a soul - we ARE a soul.
The obedience of faith:Yes. What was it about the soul of Jesus that was so valuable and precious in Gods sight that his sacrifice could pay for the sins of the world?
Into your hands I commend my spirit. Just as all human spirits go back to God who gave them so did the spirit of Jesus; could this be what was ment by going to God?Jesus never said he was returning or going back to God, as many mistranslate the Greek here.

Adam was human without human parents. Both Adam's were called the son of God.I would say he came from Adam in the sense he is from Mary but he was created via holy spirit just as Adam was. Jesus is called the Second Adam. I believe it is because they were miraculously made via holy spirit vs. part of the "regular" human race - they were each the start of something new.
Perhaps Jesus was referring to his human spirit, which is what we really are, he did say, Father into your hands I commit my spirit. Luke 23:46 and Ecclesiastes 12:7. In this sense we all go to heaven because it is our human spirit God works with. Our human spirit is completely and totally inoperative without our body. It takes the union of body and spirit to have a soul. Ecclesiastes 9:5. Psalm 115:17. Psalm 146:4. Psalm 104:33. Isaiah 38:19Jesus never said he was returning or going back to God, as many mistranslate the Greek here.

View attachment 756Are you saying that Joseph was the natural father of Jesus? Mary was the dust of the ground as we all are and the seed of Abraham was planted in Mary by his true Father, God. How would you explain the virgin birth? Isaiah 7:14. Genesis 3:15. The offspring or seed is of a woman not a man.
You and I and all people came from God and we will go back to God.Jesus never said he was returning or going back to God, as many mistranslate the Greek here.

What would be the reason for a virgin birth ? The sin of Adam passes to All humanity, as in Adam all sin and all die, notice it is not as in Eve all sin. To believe the Christ came from Adam would disqualify him as messiah as Jesus would have had the sin of Adam on him. The Passover lamb symbolism shows us that Jesus was the fulfillment, of the lamb without spot or blemish, without sin. Any human that came from Adam is a sinner and unworthy to be the messiah. YAHWEH had to create a righteous man, that man was Jesus Christ. Jesus was created in the image of the invisible GOD, but only in righteousness and agape. Jesus fulfilled the law with agape. The saints have the hope of being recreated in the same image as Jesus who was the image of GOD, not GOD but the image of GOD. LET US MAKE MAN AFTER OUR IMAGE AND ACCORDING TO OUR LIKENESS. What YAHWEH did through Jesus made this possible.
Where do all human beings come from? Upon death where do all their spirits return to? We all came from GOD and we all return to GOD. The ability to even conceive is from GOD. This has nothing to do with preexisting. It proves that Jesus was human and his beginning was with GOD. GOD raised Jesus from the dead, Jesus died just as all humans do. The difference is that Jesus is the messiah and none of us are. Jesus had no sin but all of us do. Yes, Jesus was human but was unique and figuring out what made him unique is only possible with the helper, the holy spirit of the FATHER. Looking at the verses you give with proper revealed understanding conveys the same message. You look at them through Unitarian eyes fearing they can be used improperly and in doing so miss the point scripture is making. This is what many do but arrive at various understandings. GOD created the soul of Christ in the womb of Mary, a one of a kind soul the prophets and Apostles said was the son of GOD, not Adam. Jesus did indeed come from GOD and at death his human spirit went back to GOD, just as with all humans. It was impossible that the grave could keep him as his GOD raised him from the dead. Then he had to "go away" to be glorified so that he ten days later send the holy spirit. Jesus could not send the spirit until he was glorified at his ascension. Today Jesus is the mediator between his GOD and the church and by this spiritual connection the saints are taught by GOD. John 6:45 No human ministry is needed. 1 John 2:27Jesus never said he was returning or going back to God, as many mistranslate the Greek here.
