General Jesus baptized

Why was Jesus baptized? What does it mean when Jesus said, to fulfill all righteousness? Only then did John agree to baptize Jesus.

Yes this is an interesting question. I searched on the web and Youtube and just put your question there. There are several answers you can find there. But I am going to look further into this and would like to see what the Bible says. I hope I'll find some answers.

Romans 15:8 may be a clue. Abraham was given the sign of circumcision and was of the fathers. Did this sign indicate that from Abraham according to the flesh Jesus would be born? Matthew 1:1 and Romans 4:11-16 is a connection as is Hebrews 11:8-16
