General If Jesus taught and practiced the Law of Moses

Where do we find precedence in that Law for what Jesus taught and expected his audience to start practicing like:
1. The Law of retaliation (Mat 5.38-41);
2. Laws on oaths/vows (Mat 5.33-37);
3. Laws on marriage & divorce (Mat 19);
4. Laws on fasting (Mark 2.18-22; Mat 9.14-17);
5. Law of paying the Temple tax (Matthew 17:24-27).

Jesus was the new covenant personified. Jesus gave 2 commands that superceded the 10 commandments . Escape from the law is only applicable to the church not the world. Jesus saves the church from the laws just condemnation. Jesus was NOT born under the law, his mother was. The laws just condemnation did not fall on Jesus, but on humanity. The second Adam was segregated from the first.
