I just finished this book last night. Outstanding. I was referred to this book by a PIMI! My local library had it so I didn't have to buy but I might buy just for the reference. The author is Christian and makes Bible references throughout the book and at the end has an in-depth list of scriptures regarding forgiveness. The author has experiences abuse in her childhood and so really could look at the issues and the difficulties of forgiving. It was great! My favorite line when praying to forgive someone "And whatever my feelings don't yet allow for, the blood of Jesus will surely cover." (page 44). Hope it helps someone else, it has helped my PIMI friend and myself.
