Prisoner's Dilemma - Making a counter-intuitive, not selfish choice wich appears in your disadvantage, but will turn out to be in your advantage.
For instance - when you live in a system, where a high control religion tells you how to behave and how to live, but you don't agree with it, you have to fight against the tide. And if indeed you are alone, you will lose. Would you still do it? Even if it may cost you dearly?
It would be a rational decission to be irrational and not go along with the group.
But look at your future and follow your christian, righteous moral compass.
Look what Jesus says in the Dutch Basis Bible (Basis Bijbel) in Matthew 10:39 Anyone who finds his life ( who stays in the cult) will lose it. But everyone who loses his life (who leaves the cult with friends, family, maybe work via the cult, being controlled) because he loves Me will gain life.
