When a system, like a company, or a cult, gets into a spiral of negativity and making dysfunctional decisions, but is unable to break it or do this on purpose to keep control of people. Sometimes there is a feeling of entrapment. This feeling could be individually. So how do you become aware of it and how can you break free?
