General DUE PROCESS

Due process is a guarantee of the application of the bill of rights to the citizens of the United States of America. In order to have due process you must be under U.S. jurisdiction and not under the jurisdiction of any other country.

Legal and illegal aliens do not fall under due process. Legal aliens can be deported at will without reason. They are here under a visa that at any time for no reason can be revoked. A visa is not a right but a privilege. Illegal aliens have already broken our laws and when apprehended are automatically deported. The U.S. constitution is only for U.S. citizens not anyone else otherwise everyone on earth would have the same rights which is not true. When the due process clause says, “another” or "no person" it means another citizen not another non-citizen. Googles AI contradicts itself saying the Constitution is for “we the people” for citizens but then says that the word “another” means everyone on earth. Then it even says it is not everyone on earth just everyone on earth that happens to be in the U.S. legally or illegally. This is totally a contradiction. Do not go with or trust, an AI answer on Google.

Absolutely nowhere in the constitution are any aliens given the rights only given to citizens. People that try to give non-citizens the rights only given to citizens are communists or socialists that today are called democrats. Long gone are the democrats like Truman and Kennedy. Today the vast majority of those who say they are democrats are in reality socialist communists. However the republicans have their problems too. They have disunity in their party over certain issues like the “big beautiful bill” . They do not cover for themselves as the communist democrats do. Republicans tend to be slow to react to what seems to be a clear and present danger. Trump wants to negotiate with Iran. A Recent United Nations report states Iran has achieved enrichment to sufficient weapons grade to make 10 atomic bombs, while Trump should have listened to Netanyahu and bombed the daylights out of Irans military bases, oil wells and nuclear sites.

Iran is a version of Islam the worships death and unlike Russia or China, that is afraid of mutually assured destruction , Iran is not. Iran actually wants war so that the Mahdi will come and lead Iran to conquer the world for Islam. In short Iran is ruled by heathen nut cases that will not hesitate to use nuclear weapons.

As a Christian I deplore war and violence but the world is under the law and the world ignores the law and because of this sin, iniquity abounds and the love of many waxes cold. Politicians have destroyed the constitution and the Supreme Court interprets it wrong. What they did with the scripture they did with their own constitution. Give man something pure and just and right and over time he will defile it.

It is not in man who walks to direct his own steps. The way of peace man has not know. Humanity is destroyed for lack of knowledge. The heart of humanity is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked, who can know it. Jeremiah 17:9

Because of evil people with a destructive agenda the U.S. constitution has been reduced to a rag that applies to anyone on earth. The elected government of the U.S. is guilty of this. The people, the citizens, are most guilty of all because they let these elected leaders place them under tyranny. The constitution has been trashed by elected officials and this is why it is now thought that illegal aliens have due process when it is only for citizens as the constitution is only for citizens.

We the people, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America. No aliens are mentioned at all. The words “this constitution” means the whole document applies to citizens only. The supreme court’s decision to make the word “another” mean an alien, is making law from the bench which is what the court did in 1973 with Roe Vs Wade, making abortion the law of the land. The courts only job is to determine whether or not something violates the constitution, giving aliens the same due process as citizens does just that.

The court also is in error to proclaim the children of non citizens born on U.S. soil are citizens when the child and the parents are not subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. but to the country of their origin. This also amounts to making law from the bench.

I believe the U.S. should treat all aliens humanely but that does not mean they have our rights by our constitution. Federal district judges have authority in the district they serve in, not nation wide. These judges cannot rule in matters outside their district.

" Federal district judges' jurisdiction is limited to their respective district, meaning they can typically only rule on cases that arise within that district. This principle is part of the federal court system's structure and ensures that cases are handled in the geographically appropriate location."

It is the responsibility of the supreme court of the United States only to determine nation wide the constitutionality of our laws while not making law from the bench. Below is from the constitution article 1, article 2 and article 3.

Yes, the idea of "making law from the bench" is generally understood as a violation of the separation of powers doctrine, a core principle of the U.S. Constitution. The Constitution divides government power among three branches: the legislative branch (Congress), which makes laws; the executive branch (President), which enforces laws; and the judicial branch (courts), which interprets laws.

For any court to make a law that gives the rights of the constitution to non citizens is making law from the bench especially when the court bases its ruling on just one word or phrase "another" or "no person".

The 5th and 14th amendments:

No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.

No state shall deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process nor deny any person within its jurisdiction equal protection of the laws

The "no person" or "any person" is referring to citizens under the jurisdiction of the U.S. because that is who the constitution was written for, "We the people".
