I looked at some commentaries to find out more and quote on this verse.. turns out ,I'll rather just say myself:

I am so thankful that God sent his son to take this heavy load of lifetime sin off my back. Also, he has plans for my ( our) life for future blessings.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
