I was born as a JW and everything Christmas was of course completely vilified and off limits. This year even though we still don't celebrate Christmas I actually googled lyrics to some of the Christian songs that are traditionally popular like "oh come all ye faithful" and "silent night" and many others actually that I've known and secretly liked from a distance ... I see that they don't say anything wrong and are very moving. - anyone else experience this? Does anyone else listen to 'Christmas' songs?
At this point we just have a "present day" over our kids winter break. We have done it for quite a few years now and don't know if we will ever transition to Christmas but that's where we are now.
