CHOICE BETWEEN TWO GOVERNMENTS ​

The government of men or the government of YAHWEH.

1 Samuel 8:7,8,9 Israel wanted a human being to rule over them.
This was Israel sowing the seeds of their own destruction. The future kings of Israel , some good and some evil, eventually caused the end of the nation. This will be true for all nations. The U.S.A. is no different than ancient Israel. A good or evil king is no different than a good or evil president. 1 Samuel 8:10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18 the king of Israel sounds like rulers of all other nations regardless of what type of government they have. Notice 1 Samuel 8:18 this is a prophecy of Solomons son, king Rehoboam, 1 Kings 12:1 and the people demanded relief from the high taxation of Solomon. 1 Kings 12:4 Rehoboams answer to this demand is, 1 Kings 12:13,14,15 This all led to a dividing of Israel. 1 Kings 12:16,17,18,19

All this is politics no matter what form of government man contrives and it is all motivated by human desire that YAHWEH not be their king. In the church the saints have a citizenship in a heavenly country with YAHWEH ruling over them through HIS appointed king, Jesus Christ. The saints did not cast votes in this arrangement, YAHWEHS government is not a democracy or republic. I hope it can be seen that human governments, all of them, are nothing more than humanity not wanting YAHWEH as their king through Christ. Satan has been given rulership of Earth by the will of YAHWEH due to Adams sin. All human rulers are subject to satanic influences that cause humanity’s woes. So then , there is a choice of governments set before us, that of YAHWEH or that of Satan. Once a choice is made you are stuck with it. If you choose YAHWEH then you cannot include any part of Satan but if you choose Satan you cannot have any part of YAHWEH. What ever you sow you will also reap. YAHWEH will allow people to decide but will hold them responsible for their decisions. Why do the kingdoms of this Earth need to become the kingdoms of YAHWEH and HIS messiah? Revelation 11:15 This is done by force because men do not want to give up power they have under Satans rule. Psalm 149:1-9 focus on verses Psalm 149:6,7,8,9 In the future the saints will bind kings, presidents, emperors and dictators and execute the judgment written against them and this is a great honor. If GOD PERSONALLY AND DELIBERATELY set up all human governments then GOD would be responsible for all the evil they have done. God allows Satan to set up the governments and requires Christians to obey government authority AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT GO AGAINST GODS WILL FOR THE SAINTS. There is nothing in scripture that shows Jesus the Apostles or any of the brethren actually participating in the governments operations or holding offices in it. The saints did not join in demonstrations or protests . The saints were as Paul taught, ambassadors . An ambassador is a representative of a foreign government living in another nation abiding by that nations laws but not participating in the political operations of that nation. Jesus is YAHWEHS appointed king, this makes him our king and even though the kingdom is not yet on Earth the church is to live their lives as though it was. If a person cannot serve two masters should they serve two governments ? Are we not to seek FIRST the kingdom of GOD . Matthew 6:33

When called and chosen we have to have loyalty to the one who chose us. Are we of this world? Is our citizenship of this world? How much of our table should we share with demons? How much darkness should we include with light? The answers to these questions will determine your future.
I realize that scripture says the saints should submit to whatever government they are under but how far should we take it. President Biden has insisted that all citizens approve of homosexuality and transgenderism along with abortion and surgical sex alterations of children. The scriptures would not condone any of this, would they? Is YAHWEH approving of the governments of Cuba, China, North Korea? Did YAHWEH set up these governments? Did YAHWEH set up Hitler, Mao Zedong, Kim Jong Un, Stalin or Pol Pot ? The obvious answer is no. Proverbs 29:2

Spiritual wisdom needs applied to arrive at the truth of how far the saints should go in the instructions given by Paul, Romans 13:1 and Peter , 1 Peter 2:13 For the Lords sake, John 19:11 Christ set the example of this by allowing government to crucify him. It is by the will of YAHWEH that any human government exists but YAHWEH did not design or implement them as that was Satans doing. Revelation 12:9
Satan tempted Christ, Luke 4:5,6,7 Satan was not lying, YAHWEH granted the rulership of Earth to Satan as god of this world in whom Jesus had no part of and neither should the saints. We all need to sharpen our senses to determine good from evil and then decide if we obey man’s governments or YAHWEHS.

That leads me to believe that Yahweh DID establish those governments. The only reason the people of Israel had a king was because Yahweh gave them what they asked for. Man asked for it, and now they got it. We live under a government, but we have done a very poor job of controlling it.

GOD gave Adam what Adam chose. This resulted in Satan becoming god of this world and running the world as he desired. The reason GOD allows Satan to rule was as you say, man, Adam, asked for it. GOD is yet in control and only allows Satan to go so far, Satan still answers to GOD but GOD allows Satans rule of the Earth within certain limits. GODS kingdom is now in heaven and is to come to Earth and at that day Christ will replace Satans rule. The story of Job shows that Satan is still under GODS authority when GOD told Satan. not to kill Job. Job 2:6 The saints are protected from Satan by GOD who provides a way for us, when tempted by Satan, a way to escape, so that we are not tempted beyond what we are able to bear. Jesus prayed for Peter because Satan desired to have Peter so, “he could sift him like wheat”. Luke 22:31 If GOD was the instigator of evil governments would HE not be fighting against HIMSELF. GOD does not tempt men to do evil. James 1:13 So then, who does ? Adams sin reaches further than many think. GOD had Samuel warn Israel about a human ruler and look at how similar all human rulers have been. Even in the U.S. the rulers were the people and government officials to be our servants but this is not so. We as saints must decide which side we are on and to not compromise or waver. Your first sentence is the clincher. If that were true, then man never had the freedom of choice.

Since no authority exists unless Yahweh permits it, and he allowed man to have what he asked for; then man is responsible for what he has. Evil is not happening because Yahweh caused it but because Yahweh simply allowed freedom to choose.

In the book of Job, Job did not choose evil - but Yahweh permitted evil to fall upon him. Would you then say that God caused the evil? The choice of terms "cause" or "permit" would be a very bouncy ball. Even now people cry "why did God permit this?" Maybe one day, if we even care by that time; we can ask Him?

Since the time of the first Adam, man has generally had the freedom to choose. (I don't want to diverge to the times when God hardened man's heart for His purposes.) We have not done well at that.

Man has had the choice to obey Yahweh and His Son or to obey the desires of his wicked heart. The proposition that Yahweh created evil is a very old concept, but I have landed on the belief that evil is the result of living in this fallen world and man not choosing God as his guide.

Yes, man has free will as free will is mandatory for genuine love. GOD Is omniscient and knows all things . HE has known our sins before we were alive to commit them. This does not mean HE caused us to sin. Before Adam ate the forbidden fruit he had no knowledge of good or evil, the knowledge required to sin. Romans 3:20 The law came later and condemned all to death because of sin. Job had a self righteous attitude that needed correction and GOD used Satan as a tool to solve the problem. Since Adam chose good and evil it was necessary to have representation or examples of both, GOD and Satan. Just as Adam we too have the same choice make. This choice must be a total complete choice and not compromising in any way with this evil world. It is total commitment. It is all your heart, all your soul and all your mind, Matthew 22:37 This leaves absolutely no place for worldly carnal things, Romans 8:6 . The Christ is our example and he is a tough act to follow but all things are possible with YAHWEH. Be you therefore perfect as your FATHER in heaven is perfect. Mark 4:19 Romans 12:2
Job it says did not sin with his lips but what about his mind. Job made excuses for himself and looked at GOD as unfair . Job thought his sacrifices would not just cover himself but also extend to his children.

If Revelation 12:9 is the truth and it is not GOD who deceives the nations then who does ? GOD does intervene in some circumstances but mostly allows Satan do do what prophecy has already said he will do. When we look at the world it is indeed like it was in the days of Noah. The saints are ambassadors in a world they are not of. We are to represent the kingdom of GOD . All the kingdoms of men are going to fall and be replaced by the kingdom of GOD. This is why there is a choice between two governments, the current one or the coming one.
