Adam; the first person with a human soul

If one were to use the King James Version of the Bible, one would find Adam defined as a soul. Other translation use the term being. In either case, Adam was one who could walk and talk with God. Human flesh cannot do that. Does anyone know of a passage that truly indicates when Adam and Eve took on flesh?
The being Adam and Eve interacted with had to be an angel because of what Jesus said In John 5:37 and we know that Jesus did not lie. The same is true with Moses, Exodus 3:2-5 , Acts 7:30 , Acts 7:38 , Exodus 23:20-21 explains how God puts His name in an angel and that angel will then speak as God. Just as God put His name in Christ who spoke Gods words. Jesus came in his Fathers name. Angels are ministering spirits to those who are heirs of salvation. Yes, it is true that no flesh can see God and live and no flesh ever has.

Yes, I am familiar with the Jewish concept of "agency." When God sends an angel to speak for Him, at that point in time, the angel IS to be taken as Him. We have similar concepts today like a Power of Attorney.
However, Jesus' statement to the people of Israel can be taken in context of that moment in time and the audience. If considered with Genesis 3:8 using an interlinear bible, the phrase specifically states that is was Yahweh walking in the garden and they were in His presence. If both passages are true, then I am left with seeing John 5:37 contextually.
