The church is the Israel of GOD the true children of Abraham, not Israel after the flesh. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob will enter the kingdom but Carnal Israelites cast out. The last will be first and the first shall be last. Your view is similar to Esau selling his birthright except you are giving it away. The church has always been the Israel of GOD , the first fruits, the called and chosen, the saints and true children of GOD . Romans 11:23 is saying that if Israelites repent they can be grafted in but for the most part, 2 Corinthians 3:14,15 has been the attitude of Israelites. Romans 11:7 Romans 9:18 Romans 11:25. The blindness of Israelites remains until the fullness of the gentiles come to Christ. The 144000 will , in the last days , be composed of a majority of Gentiles. Most of the 144000 are dead but there is to be some who are alive and remain when Jesus returns.

The hardening of Israel is going to persist until the full number of gentiles is added to the 144000. Romans 11:25 The 144000 are sealed before the tribulation. The remnant of the 144000 is the Philadelphia church , Revelation 7-13 , one of the churches of the seven Christ finds no fault with, the other being Smyrna. The innumerable multitude or great crowd, is the Laodiceans.
Notice the Philadelphians are protected by being sealed, they are the group who are alive and remain, while the great crowd goes through the tribulation and are martyred. The contrast of the Philadelphia and Laodicean churches are in the parable of the ten virgins. The foolish virgins had no oil or gold which is symbolic of the Holy Spirit, and were denied entry by the bridegroom.
I know this does not fit with your explanation but it does fit with the scripture. There is even more in scripture to add to what I have already written. The church is the elect of GOD. Isaiah 65:1,,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 As I have said there are two Israel’s , two elect, one of the law and the election according to grace. Look how Peter described the church, 1 Peter 2:9 , Exodus 19:6 . Each Israel is precious to GOD but the last will be first and the first will be last, Matthew 20:16 , Mark 10:31
